The location was nice, for example, a long-standing zoo was not too far from the hotel. I really enjoyed the breakfast experience, the venue served GOOD food. The staff was very proactive, excellent, and responded promptly to requests.

Good location, not too far from Mpu Tantular Museum. the breakfast had a nice selection of Western food favorites. 🍳

the one bedroom apartment is very spacious with a very big bed excellent sized room all in all

the deposit took 1 week to refund back into my account, also i ordered room service supper it took over an hour to arrive and then took the waiter another 30mins to return the change not what we wanted at 1am!

This place boasts a convenient location close to the train station and the rooms are modern and nicely furnished with a balcony.

Hotel furniture need refurbishment such as coaches on lobby (dull, teared). We check in on 3pm and the house keeping didnot provide us with bath towels. Although problem settles within 30 minutes after reporting to front office, but it doesn't seems as appropriate service for 4 star hotels.

Hotel location is near central of the city so we can go to there within 10 minutes

I'm just suggest to make your hotel sign little bit bigger.

This place has a fantastic restaurant and a great location surrounded by beautiful gardens with plenty of trees.

We had a great stay here. The hotel provided us with clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was fantastic with many choices. Besides, the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also loved the convenient location close to a shopping mall and a beautiful garden.

They did not tell my friend that the items in the fridge was for sale so they have to inform the customers while chek- in that the staff in the fridge are not for free
